2nd Day volunteer with Takatof FROM (8AM-1PM)
The Fifth Edition Of The Khalifa International Date Palm Award
AbuDhabi - Emirates Palace
On the 2nd day of volunteering early morning we went to
the Emirates Palace and met with Takatof supervisor and other volunteers.
And he choose two persons in one job, also gave us several
works we must do.
First of all, our job was to prepare the visitors cards by name from A to Z and
there was some of our colleagues welcoming our visitors and bring them to register
department so we can register their names and give them their card. After that
Shaikh Hamed biz Zayed arrived to the palace so we had to take all the visitor
to the conference room. And we had to inform the media people to be ready. The ceremony
started when shaikh hamed enterd the conference
room and we had to stay outside to register people whom arrived late and
guiding them to the conference room.
